Nick Sadler was brought up in the Algarve in 1970. He was then educated in Oxfordshire in the UK before finishing his education in the US. He graduated from the American Intercontinental University, Atlanta, GA, USA, in 1993 with a BA Degree in Business Marketing & Finance. After working for Bovis Ltd in New York and Lisbon, he spent five years learning the agency trade in property sales in central London. Nick returned to the Algarve in 1998 and established Sadler's Property, which he has owned, managed and run ever since. Valuing the importance of working with International companies to give clients greater exposure and expertise, he was in partnership with Hampton's International before becoming an associate of Knight Frank in 2005. Nick works closely with Knight Frank's research department and global desk in London, meaning he is well-informed on world markets and local property trends.
Alex Koch de Gooreynd is a Partner at Knight Frank and has worked within the International residential sales team since 2006 with a focus on the Portuguese market covering the Algarve and Lisbon regions. Alex heads up our Portuguese Desk based in Baker Street, London W1.
Sophie has had a long career in Property and Marketing, starting out as the PR Manager for Hamptons International in London. She moved to Portugal in 2003 and has worked in Property Sales for both Sadler's and Quinta da Boavista Golf Resort since 2015. Subsequently, she pursued a career as a freelance writer, editor, and journalist while working behind the scenes for Sadler's, promoting brand awareness and managing PR and marketing for the company.
Cristina is a proud native of Lagos. Her professional journey has centred around offering personal and administrative assistance for a construction company and later with a solicitor. Cristina also spent five years in the 'real estate world,' initially as an estate agent and later as a Human Resources Director.
Before joining the Sadler´s team, she was self-employed, providing administrative support to entrepreneurs and businesses in need. Cristina is an invaluable office-based asset to Sadler's, and her knowledge of property law enables her to help with all sales contracts. Cristina speaks Portuguese, English, and French.
